Terms and conditions

Cancellations

Please can we politely remind you that we operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy on all treatments. There will be a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment and a 100% charge if you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to show.  This charge will need to be paid before rebooking and will be sent to you as an invoice. This doesn’t apply to sunbeds. Following the upgrade of our booking system you will now receive your appointment reminders via email not via text message. Please look out for confirmation emails in your junk folders.

Arriving at your appointment and requesting a different treatment that is less time and a lower price than the one you booked will still require payment of the cost of the treatment originally booked.

Refunds

We are unable to offer refunds on services already carried out. All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns or issues these must be raised within 48 hours of your treatment.

Product refunds

Retail products can be refunded if the product is in its original and unopened packaging and if proof of purchase is provided OR if there is a fault with the product.

Phones

Whilst at the salon we politely request that you put your phones on silent and refrain from answering calls in the salon as this may disrupt other treatments taking place.

During treatments please refrain from using your phones or asking our therapists to unlock your phone and read messages to you, this adds on time which may cause your appointment to over-run and also is a distraction to our therapists who want to provide you with their very best service.

Deposits

For some treatments we require a deposit, this will be communicated to you upon booking.

Please note your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. Deposits will be subtracted from the treatment cost when payment is taken on the day of your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice. No shows and last minute cancellations mean you will lose your deposit.

Deposits vary depending on the treatment:

Lash extensions: £30.00

Lash infills: £10.00

Aesthetics: £35.00

Lateness

If you are going to be late please let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will have the choice to reschedule but payment is required for your missed appointment. Alternatively, if you are late we can continue your appointment but it will need to be cut short if another client is booked in straight after you. Full price for your appointment will still be required.

Agreement

You are responsible for reading all the Terms and Conditions and information prior to your appointment. Paying your deposit is taken as acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

COVID-19

The legal requirement to self-isolate if you test positive for COVID-19 has now been removed. However, we do politely ask that if clients have COVID or any COVID symptoms that you please call the salon to reschedule your appointment. It is easier for us to reschedule one appointment than have to reschedule our full diary for all therapists.

We hope you understand we want to be able to carry on working and ensuring all clients feel comfortable and safe in the salon. Keeping our clients, therapists and families safe is our top priority.

Gift vouchers are available

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.  Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.  You must bring your voucher to your appointment.  Late cancellations and failure to show terms as detailed above also apply to vouchers.

Payment terms

Payment can only be taken in the form of cash or PayPal.

Price alterations

I reserve the right to alter prices at any time but will let you know in advance if any changes are made.

Patch testing

A patch test is required 24 hours prior to any tinting, LVL Lashes or HD Brows treatments.

Medical conditions

Please inform me of any medical issues (including pregnancy) or if you are on any medication such as Accutane prior to booking.

Salon insurance

For your piece of mind our salon is fully insured providing you with a safe and secure experience, meaning you can enjoy our services and treatments in complete confidence. Our insurance documents and training certificates are all available to view in the salon.

Sunbed courses are available.

• Tuesday – 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Wednesday – 9:00am – 8:00pm
• Thursday – 10.00am/1:00pm – 8:00pm
• Friday – 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday – 8:30am – 1:00pm (occasional Saturdays 8:30am – 3:00pm)
